Moore and Smalley Palace Shield LONGRIDGE became champions of the Moore and Smalley Palace Shield for the second successive year when they gained a nine-point draw at Springfields.
Vernon Carus only got a seven-point draw from their visit to Dutton Forshaw leaving Longridge champions by two points.
In B division, South Shore clinched the championship with an eight-wicket home victory over BTR and joining them in the premier division next season are Norcross.
At Whittingham, Stuart Cross scored his third century of the season for Gregson Lane when he made 148 out of his sides's 235-4.
In C division, Springfields are champions despite going down to a 22-run defeat at Longridge who, with this win, clinch the runners-up trophy. The day's second century came at Garstang when Andy Loeber was 121 not out. As the home side reached 187-7, Penwortham replied with 140-4.
In D division, Dutton Forshaw's seven-point draw at Warton was enough to give them the championship with Kirkham and Wesham runners-up.
In E division, Garstang the champions maintained the only unbeaten record in the five leagues when they had a seven-wicket victory at Penwortham. Picking up the runners-up trophy will be Longridge.
