VIDEO cameras and alsatian dogs should be used to crack down on vandals in town centres and parks, senior police officers were told.
The demands for stronger action came after a summer of vandalism in public parks and increasing cases of "juvenile nuisance".
The Hyndburn Police and Community Forum heard how bowlers had been terrorised by teenage tearaways.
