A COUNCIL which had banned Sunday trading was advertising coach trips to a neighbouring town where rival stores were open.
A political storm erupted after it was revealed that Blackburn Coachlines - the excursion arm of Blackburn Transport - was running Sunday coach trips to Winfield's of Haslingden, arch rivals of Blackburn's Tommy Ball's.
