POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a house burglary in which a man was spotted climbing over the wall.
The theft happened at a house in Liverpool Road, Pewfall, at about 5.50pm on Thursday, September 18 and a quantity of cash was stolen. It is thought that the thief got in through an insecure patio door and a neighbour later spotted a man, whom he described as white, about 6ft tall, with a medium build and in his late-20s, climbing over the garden wall.
