TWO Bury school pupils are the envy of their chums after being featured on TV's popular "Fun House" programme.

And this week, 12-year-olds Chris Sweeney and Jennifer Lomax (pictured) were presented with the gifts they won in the finals of the popular children's TV show.

The Broad Oak High School pupils were up against two others from Slough and apart from competing in a series of fun games, answered general knowledge questions.

Daredevils Chris and Jennifer also took part in a go-kart race race in the programme final.

The show was recorded at the Scottish Television studios in Glasgow where both pupils stayed overnight.

And they came away with various prizes including jackets and hats as well as a personal CD player each.

The stereo was officially presented to both pupils by Broad Oak High School teacher Mrs Joy Dye.

Family and friends as well as school chums were able to see Chris and Jennifer when the programme was broadcast on the ITV network a week ago.
