ANOTHER massive shopping complex could be built on the Hyndburn side of Whitebirk, it was revealed.
Plans were lodged for two stores, a garden centre and parking for nearly 800 cars on eleven and a half acres at Hyndburn Park.
The plans were submitted by Leeds firm GMI Construction, but the names of the developers had not been revealed.
