ENOUGH is enough! I refer to the second parking survey for Brookhouse which Blackburn with Darwen Council say was inconclusive.
Well, to me, if only a quarter of the residents bothered to reply to the thousand questionnaires that seems to be conclusive enough.
With highway experts, surveys, door-to-door visits, and, last but not least, a second in-depth look at the "problem" no wonder the council is incapable of managing its finances.
It's about time they stopped playing nanny in Brookhouse and spent their scarce resources on a worthier cause - Bank Top.
