ACCOUNTANTS PM&M have proved they practise what they preach!
The firm, which recently held a seminar looking at the Millennium computer time bomb problem, has thrown out a number of its older computers.
Industry experts forecast chaos at the turn of the year 2000 because many computers will not be able to understand the new date.
"In many cases computer systems really are a disaster waiting to happen," said Jeremy Stirrup, senior partner at the firm which has offices in Blackburn and Burnley. "We are now offering information technology health checks to all our clients in the hope of alleviating any problems."
