THERE will be spooks galore at Halloween this year when St Helens Council holds its annual Ghost Hunt.
The fancy dress night has been organised by council rangers and will be held at Sidings Lane, Rainford and the hunt will include some gruesome tales on ghosts thought to haunt the area.
Admission is free and there's entertainment from local folk singers so whether you come as a witch or a ghoul, you'll be sure of a frighteningly good time.
The event is pre-bookable and starts at 6.30pm. People are advised to book early due to the success of last year's hunt and if you would like to attend, call St Helens 24857 between 12.30 and 2.30pm, Monday to Wednesday.
