SOUTH Ribble MP David Borrow hosted his first business breakfast at the Civic Centre on West Paddock, Leyland.
Managers from South Ribble companies were invited to air their views on future economic development.
Worries about Europe's single currency and problems with the benefits system were highlighted by the local business bosses.
The MP, vice-chair of the all-party back-bench committee on Trade and Industry, promised will host further early morning meetings in future.
