ROY Hodgson should have a 'full house' for tomorrow's trip to Barnsley - everyone available for the first time this season.

But the Blackburn Rovers boss was keen to stress that there will not be any complacency in the camp as they take on the Premiership's rock-bottom team in front of another sellout Oakwell crowd.

Barnsley were thumped 7-0 at Old Trafford last weekend and have been finding life tough after climbing into the top flight for the first time in their history.

But Hodgson declared: "We don't underestimate anybody, we're not a good enough team to do that.

"Last week's result will probably liven them up and we know we are going to be in for a very tough game."

The Rovers boss has a point. For, after their two previous hammerings, 6-0 at home to Chelsea and 5-0 away to Arsenal, Barnsley bounced back on both occasions to win their next Premiership match.

Having said that, the game offers an obvious opportunity for Rovers not only to extend their unbeaten away record in the League but also to keep up the pressure on the two sides above them, Manchester United and Arsenal.

Kevin Gallacher, who took a lot of stick in last Saturday's draw at Newcastle, has missed some training this week to allow him to make a full recovery and Hodgson expects the Scot to be all right to face Barnsley.

The manager now has Jason Wilcox available again after serving a three-match suspension.

Wilcox played well in his comeback game for the reserves against Everton on Wednesday night and his availability gives Hodgson an interesting selection poser. He could go with two wingers, Stuart Ripley on the right, Wilcox or Damien Diff on the opposite flank.

But he also has the option of playing more than two of his central midfielders as he did at St James's Park.

Meanwhile, Jeff Kenna went on as a substitute for the Republic of Ireland in their World Cup play-off game against Belgium on Wednesday and he seems likely to return at right back providing there is no injury hangover.

Kenna was a rare absentee at Newcastle because of his call-up for international duty.

Spoiled for choice is the phrase that comes to mind over Hodgson's team selection and, with such competition for places, it should keep everyone buzzing.

Rovers' starting line-up looks like coming from: Flowers, Valery, Hendry, Henchoz, Croft, Ripley, Sherwood, Bohinen, McKinlay, Sutton, Gallacher, Kenna, Duff, Wilcox, Flitcroft, Dahlin, Pedersen, Fettis.

Barnsley are looking to strengthen their squad and they were watching Everton's Claus Thomsen in Wednesday's reserve game at Ewood.

John Hendrie stands by for a return to the Tykes attack, while boss Danny Wilson still sees hope for his struggling side.

He said: "We have to be more resilient in our overall play and concentrate harder to be better defenders.

"But being written off by so many does motivate us to prove people wrong."

Striker Ashley Ward is a major doubt having seen a doctor yesterday with a virus. Ward played at Old Trafford last week despite the problem but, with John Hendrie back in the frame, may be left out.

Barnsley choose from: Watson, Eaden, Appleby, Sheridan, Moses, de Zeeuw, Hendrie, Redfearn, Marcelle, Thompson, Liddell, M Bullock, Bosancic, Shirtliff, Hristov, Krizan, Barnard, Leese.
