FURTHER to Mr Duxbury's recent letter about Byrom Supplies and the injustices of council grant allocation (October 22), I would like to point out that I am the main contractor for the "new kids on the block" referred to in his letter.
As was in the case of Byrom Supplies' advertising misdemeanour, their attitude has once again not been in the best of interests of other parties and, much to Mr Rigby's chagrin, Able Motors (though initially delayed) will be successfully up and running very soon.
They will be manned by local workers who are as courteous as they are efficient. Surely that can only help a somewhat ailing part of town!
