A MAJOR breach in security for a visit by the Queen to East Lancashire was uncovered by an alert teenager.
Car passes for the Royal opening of a new wing at Blackburn's Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School were found scattered on a playing field.
They were among 400 stolen in a raid on a town centre printing firm.
Top regional crime officers were probing the security breakdown.
