THE long arm of the law caught up with celebrity party-giver Cynthia Payne when she threw back the covers on her latest pleasure palace.
Helping her launch Madam Cyn's cafe bar plan in Accrington was controversial retired judge James Pickles.
But Cynthia, once jailed for giving her notorious luncheon voucher sex parties, had nothing to fear from the former judge, who backed her calls for legalised prostitution.
