WHAT is murder? To me it means someone has shot a person dead, or battered, or strangled someone to death.
Louise Woodward never meant to hurt the child and certainly did not want to kill him. There was no thought on her young mind to do so. Therefore she is not a murderer.
What mother has not got hold of a screaming child and loved it and if it continued screaming given it a little shake saying "Do stop screaming".
Louise tried the normal thing anyone would try and it was when he continued crying she saw he was poorly and went for help.
How can the jury go against a doctor's evidence that there was an old injury.
Blood samples too showed there was an old injury.
Why did the jury not understand that caused him to get worse and continue to be ill and die.?
Young girls should not be left in complete charge of babies.
