I WAS in the queue outside Mothercare for three hours on a cold and damp morning trying to get a Teletubby for my grandson.
All I got was a cold and a sore throat.
People were walking up at the last half hour joining friends at the front of the queue, so they got tickets people further back should have had.
I rang the store to complain and was told there was nothing they could do. I think out of goodwill they should look at their name, MotherCARE.
I won't queue up again. People buying them and selling them for more money is disgraceful.
I will get my grandson something else for Christmas then get him a Teletubby when there is less demand.
A M POYNTON (Mrs), Taylor Close, Blackburn.
