WE want you to help us find Britain's worst boss. In Britain, people often leave their democratic rights at the workplace door. While we may be free to join a union, employers can ignore our wish to be listened to at work. There are bad bosses who don't pay a living wage, refuse paid holidays and harass and abuse their staff because of their race, creed or sex. Until they are challenged, they will continue to get away with it.If you are bullied, expected to work long hours for poverty pay or generally feel too frightened to speak out, call our bad bosses hotline on 0800 882123 from December 1-5 and tell us your story.
Or write to me at: Bad Bosses Campaign, TUC, FREEPOST WC3687, Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3LS.
JOHN MONKS, TUC General Secretary.
