THE generous people of Lancashire raised more than £100,000 for the Children in Need Appeal.
At the end of the television programme, Lancashire's total stood at £113,399, pushing this year's North West total to £770,449, and the national grand total to £11,549,490.
The BBC said the figures were down slightly on the previous year because of the economic climate.
