HENNING Berg expects it to be just like old times when Blackburn Rovers visit Manchester United on Sunday.
Except for the fact that the Norwegian star will be wearing red, instead of blue.
And Berg has already warned his new United team-mates that they won't have things all their own way against resurgent Rovers.
"In the last couple of seasons, it's been a bit quiet between Blackburn and Man United - but not this time," he said.
"We (Rovers) didn't do too well last season but, this year, Blackburn have closed the gap and it is going to be a really tough game.
"I think it will be very difficult and it will also be different for me. I have never been in this position before, playing against an old club.
"I still have a lot of friends at Blackburn and it is going to give the game an extra edge for me.
"Many of the players have been there for a long time and I was there four and a half years so I know most of them really well.
"You always want to do well against players you know. We had a few battles in training and now we meet on the pitch.
"I don't think I have been playing up to my best but I have been lucky in that I have played most of the games for United and we have had some really good ones.
"The game against Juventus was one of the best I have ever played in and that was one of the main reasons I wanted to sign for Manchester United - to play in games like that.
"At Blackburn you weren't guaranteed anything. You couldn't say you would definitely be in the top four."
The travelling Rovers fans will give Berg a warm reception, but only until the game kicks off!
He remains popular, not least for the way he handled his exit - unlike others.
