A SECRET multi-million pound sell-off scheme signalling the demolition of Blackburn railway station was revealed.
The plan was to pull it down and turn it into a shopping centre, according to a leaked British Rail memo.
A smaller station was to be built to replace the imposing town centre landmark.
The line was to be diverted to reach the new site.
