THE Lordship of the Manor of Colne could be yours for just £5,000.
The regal title, along with 25 others including Accrington and Huncoat, goes under the hammer on December 10.
Along with the name tag comes the right to lay claim to all the minerals underground and the ownership of all roadside verges.
James Brown, the manorial auctioneer selling the title on behalf on current owner Lord Montagu of Beaulieu, said: "Whoever buys this title will certainly be in good company.
"For more than 300 years, it was owned by the ruling monarch of the time."
"It's important, though, the prospective buyer doesn't get too big for their boots. In 1322, Thomas, Earl of Lancaster, who was Lord of Colne, was beheaded for giving too much lip to his cousin, Edward II."
