ATHERTON accounts student Stephen Leigh was riding high at the weekend.
Stephen, 19, won a bronze medal at the British Universities Sports Association Track Championship at Manchester Velodrome.
His success came in the 4km individual pursuit, in a time of 4 minutes 51 seconds. Now in his third season of racing, Stephen saw his training partner, Andy Critchlow, of Bradford take gold in a new record of 4 minutes 44 seconds.
