THE Princess of Wales joined families bereaved in the Kings Cross tube disaster in an emotional memorial service.
She attended at her own request and her intention to be there was kept a close secret until a few hours before the service.
The packed St Pancras Church, just a few hundred yards from the scene of the fire, listened intently as the Bishop of Edmonton talked about the horror of the blaze.
