I THINK that few will disagree with John Blunt's comments (LET, December 3) on Princess One's (Anne's) statement that the magnificent product of British ship-building skills, Britannia, should be scuttled now that she and her ilk have no further use for it.
At a time when a large section of British opinion is that the Royal Family has outlived its usefulness (I am not one of them), it is a pity that there are still royals who haven't the brains they were born with, nor have they the common sense to desist from giving the people instances of the fact.
