THE annual general meeting for shareholders of Burnley FC will be held in the Centre Spot, Turf Moor, on Boxing Day morning at 11am.
There is a Second Division home fixture that day, against Chesterfield.
Burnley maintained their 100 per cent home record agauinst Northampton Town last Saturday.
All six Turf Moor League meetings between the clubs have resulted in home wins, according to the Nationwide Football League weekly newsletter.
The first round ties in the Auto Windscreens Shield will be staged during next week.
There are eight ties in the Northern Section and eight in the Southern. A total of 16 teams, including Buirnley, have byes into the second round and are awaiting the draw.
The competition will be played on a straight knockout basis this year.

Next Saturday, December 13, Burnley A are scheduled to be at home to Stoke City, with the B team away to Marine Youth.
There is no Pontin's League fixture next week. The next game is on Wednesday, December 17, when Blackpool Reserves are the visitors to Turf Moor (kick-off 7-15pm).
After that match, there is a break for Christmas and New Year with the first fixture of 1998 at home to Rotherham Reserves on Wednesday, January 7 (7-15pm).
A new date has still to be found for the reserve game against Lincoln City away. It was postponed on Wednesday, November 19.
The Pontin's League match against Rochdale - called off a week later - has been arranged for Wednesday, January 14 at Turf Moor (7-15pm).
