GIRL power kick-started a fund-raising spree to help a young cerebral palsy sufferer get mobile.
Regulars at the Sir Robert Peel pub, Walton-le-Dale, dressed up as the Spice Girls to tot up cash and send seven-year-old Joshua Newsham for intense physiotherapy in Hungary.
Josh, from Frenchwood, was born with brain damage. He can barely balance himself and can only crawl to get around.
He receives treatment three times a week at Preston's Moorfield School for special needs children, but needs continuous physiotherapy to make progress.
The Peto Institute in Hungary offers intense four-week sessions which would help Josh walk using crutches - and eventually totally unaided.
£5,000 has been raised in just two months of madcap antics, including a sponsored run, fancy dress pub crawl and raffles.
Mum Jill Blackler is overwhelmed at how quickly people have rallied round for the Dosh for Josh appeal.
"Josh's dad George is a milkman and his customers have given him generous donations on his rounds," she added.
Josh and his family hope to visit Hungary next April for the first co of treatment.
