ST Helens and Knowsley Health Authority and local dentists are concerned about the number of patients who may soon have difficulty obtaining dental treatment.
Problems with registration at dental surgeries could occur for those patients who have not visited their dentist in the last 15 months.
If you haven't seen your dentist in the last 15 months make an appointment now to make sure you remain on the patient list. And if you are not with a local dentist, register now to be certain of treatment. Only registered patients are entitled to routine NHS treatment and emergency out-of-hours cover. Don't be caught out over Christmas.
