ITS official! Directors of Burnley office equipment firm F H Brown and London-based Dudley Stationery shook on their merger deal when they met at the Oaks Hotel.
And the bosses then held presentations for staff from the 280-strong Burnley firm, one of the town's oldest employers, to outline the future for the group.
Joint managing directors David and Andrew Brown, sons of the founder of the company, have traded their ownership of the company for a stake in the larger Dudley Group.
