A TERRIFIED garage worker was tied up and left in a storeroom as robbers stole cigarettes and cash.
The 22-year-old woman was forced into the back room last night at the Telegraph service station, Bolton Road, Blackburn, by two men wearing face masks.
Her hands and feet were tied and she was left trembling in the room as the raiders took cigarettes and cash from the till.
They also tried to break into the garage safe but were unsuccessful.
Another customer is believed to have raised the alarm after the robbers had fled.
The men had stolen £4,000 worth of assorted cigarettes, £30 cash and a credit card which had earlier been seized from a customer.
The raid happened between 8.20 and 8.30pm.
