EVERYBODY in the ground on Boxing Day could see what was missing from the Burnley attack.
It was lack of width.
We needed somebody to get hold of that ball, get down the wing and get it across.
Now that Chris Waddle has sat on the bench for two games, surely he can see what is lacking in the side.
We need to start with the likes of Paul Smith and Glen Little. Once those two came on things started to happen.
They got the ball and they got it whipped across.
Howey had a chance and so did one or two of the others and Paul Barnes and Andy Cooke didn't have to go running wide to get the ball.

I ATTENDED the AGM of Burnley Football Club on Boxing Day and found the events there quite staggering.
I am now calling for the resignation of the chairman Mr Teasdale to preserve the good name of the club and the confidence of shareholders.
First of all he tried to get the members to vote through an incorrect record of last year's meeting, but was denied. Secondly he was challenged by a shareholder who accused him of lying to me. He had to admit the truth in the end.
Thirdly he was part of the Board which tried to put through a resolution that would give the Board carte blanche permission to distribute any unsold shares as they see fit without reporting back to the shareholders.
Lastly he showed in the way he chaired the meeting that as a chairman he is at best incompetent.
