ANGRY nurses jostled junior environment minister David Trippier as they protested over health cut plans.
The Darwen and Rossendale MP ran the gauntlet of hostility to Government cost-saving demands as he joined other Burnley health district MPs for a straight-talking showdown with hospital bosses.
The MPs demanded full details of plans to axe Burnley wards and shut down Rossendale hospital acute services.
