SPANISH-style TV dinners mean far more than tapas by the telly for Deborah Chaplain and her husband Duncan.
And tonight the amateur chef will share her culinary cravings with millions of viewers when she appears on Channel 4's popular fly-on-the-wall style cooking show.
Deborah, who lives in Bury Road, Rawtenstall, was taken under the wing of presenter Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall for the filming of TV Dinners, a series which examines enthusiastic cooks in their own homes.
She chose to throw a "Beat The Holiday Blues" party in typical Spanish style for her friends which featured food, clothes and even hairstyles.
But Duncan claims the food she prepares is not quite as well planned as the party.
"She has an idea in her head, throws the bits in, no measurement involved, but it always comes out right," he said.
Deborah's main menu includes a two-pepper soup, stuffed sardines with a chick pea and avocado salsa, home-made salt cod and a chicken and chorizo melange.
She said: "The people who came to dinner were the fussiest lot I've ever met in my life."
