SAUCY Cynthia Payne's plans to build a cafe-bar in Accrington dedicated to her outrageous life were thrown out by Hyndburn magistrates.
Objectors produced a petition against the bar, saying that it would poke fun at judges, MPs and the police.
"Madam Cyn" and her Accrington business partner Kevin Horkin were forced to abandon the plans after police said there were already enough pubs in the town.
