TWO young brothers are doing their family proud after both being picked to play rugby for Lancashire.
James Keany, 15, of Bleasdale Road, Beacon Fell, was picked to play for his county six months ago and represents the Under 16s.
And this week his 13-year-old brother Edward was given the nod by Lancashire. He will turn out for the under 15s.
Both play for Preston Grasshoppers where they are always cheered on by proud parents Michael and Linda.
Michael said: "We're both very proud. It's great to see them both doing so well. A lot of it is down to the Hoppers who've given them tremendous help and encouragement."
