FLYING Finn Ismo Rokala is back at Blackburn Arena - but Lancashire Hawks have parted company with fellow Finland import Mika Pynnonen.
Rokala, a fans favourite last season, has flown in to rejoin the struggling Hawks as officials look to add new life to their season.
"Ismo was an exciting player and a model professional on and off the ice. We are delighted to have him back on board," said a spokesman.
Defenceman Pynnonen has been released after a disappointing time in the English game.
Hawks have a difficult weekend ahead, facing two tough National League games against Guildford, away tomorrow and Telford at the Arena on Sunday (face off 6pm).
