A NEW team is in the frame at a snooker firm as it prepares to join forces with another company.
Padiham-based E J Riley announced last year that it planned to form a new group with the Hazel Grove Superleague pool firm.
The new group will be based at Padiham and a trading name is expected to be announced soon. The group will be under the overall control of chairman David Hainsworth and managing director Ian McDougall.
Michele Gray will be human resources director, Brian Robinson finance director, Mark Foxley sales and marketing director (international and retail markets) and Steve Cresswell sales and marketing director (UK service and coin-operated markets).
Ian McDougall said: "The potential of a single company incorporating the Riley, Superleague and Premier brands is formidable and will present the new company with considerable opportunities for substantial international growth."
