FIRMS in Lancashire know little about the implications of the social chapter, according to a new survey.
Almost 40 per cent said they were not well informed on the chapter's effect and a further 55 per cent said they were only "reasonably" well informed.
The survey, carried out by consultants Deloitte & Touche, found that most businesses were crying out for clear information on the social chapter.
