THINK you know a bit about sport? Here's your chance to prove it . . .

Pilkington Recs are holding their inaugural team sports quiz at their City Road HQ on Thursday, February 12. Teams of up to four players are being invited to compete for a new trophy.

The organisers say the quiz will have something for everyone, with all levels of sporting knowledge.

Highlights include "what happened next, picture rounds, guess the voices and many teasers from all sports during the 80s and 90s.

In addition to the trophy, there will be many other prizes up for grabs. Entry is £8 per team and entries, with cheques made out to Pilkington Recs ARLFC, should be sent to Derek Cross, 3 Lonie Grove, Grange Park, St Helens, WA10 3ER.
