ANNETTE Heyes has been appointed as a financial adviser at East Lancashire solicitors Forbes & Partners.
Annette, who joins the practice from the Halifax Building Society, lives in Oswaldtwistle and will be based at the firm's Wellington Street (St John's) office in Blackburn.
