A DOCTOR has appeared before Preston magistrates a second time, charged with harassing a nurse.
Dr Michael John Dale, aged 43, who worked at Royal Preston Hospital before being suspended last September, was charged under new stalking and harassment laws.
In court on Wednesday (Jan 21) Dr Dale, from West Beach, Lytham, pleaded not guilty to harassment.
The alleged incidents are said to have taken place between July 20 and September 16 last year. During the hearing the court heard how he was alleged to have driven past a house the nurse visited and past her house twice.
The case was adjourned until February 23 for pre-trial reports. He was granted bail.
