MORECAMBE Tourism officers will defend themselves against misconduct charges at a disciplinary hearing today, January 22.
The resort's tourism boss, David Christley, and marketing officer, Trevor White, were suspended from duty last November.
Controversy has surrounded the disciplinary hearing after the names of the two men were made public.
The charges are thought to centre around bullying allegations made by a female colleague.
Both men have vehemently denied misconduct and Mr Christley's union representative told the Citizen: "David is completely innocent of the charges. We are optimistic that he will be re-instated."
