THE car boot sales proposed by Blackburn with Darwen Council to be held throughout the summer on top of the three-day market are all right as far as they go.
But my idea last year for a Sunday market on the Boulevard is much more imaginative.
It could be made into a great attraction with street entertainment and colourful costumes - even a steam train to get people here.
