Looking for a new home? Well put your feet up and let your computer do the walking.
Once again I have been surfing our fantastic Newsquest Lancashire site and this week I've had a detailed look at the property pages.
At the touch of a button you can search for your ideal home by choosing the area, your price range, house type and even the number of bedrooms you want.
Everything you need to know will appear on screen including the address of the estate agent with their contact number.
Propertyquest is our latest Internet initiative and the first phase offers a wide selection of properties available in the Blackburn, Darwen, Accrington, Ribble Valley areas and parts of Bolton.
And estate agents have been quick to spot the potential by taking their own web sites to link to our FREE searchable database of homes in the region.
John Kenyon, a partner of Mortimer, Gorse and Ross, in Blackburn, said: "We were very impressed with the Newsquest site and what it offers.
"By advertising with our local Newsquest title we get the best of both worlds - our properties appear in print and on the Internet.
"And we are enhancing our on-line presence by taking a web site to promote the company."
Users can also browse through property for sale, to let, wanted and mortgages on offer, in our classified search of all Newsquest Lancashire titles and there are 14 different newspapers in all.
Whether you're looking for a two-step bungalow overlooking the sea or a three-storey town house in the city centre, PropertyQuest has it all.
When I searched through this section I found a fisherman's paradise cottage for sale in Scotland with picturesque views of the Orkney Islands!
There are nearly 300 different adverts on the property to let pages, from landlords searching for tenants, to bedsits available, and estate agents giving you the best deals. We have five on-line estate agents and an easy e-mail service for you to contact them.
