INDUSTRIAL giant ICI revealed new plans for a "trailblazer" development in Darwen with the potential to create hundreds of jobs.
The Perspex company, a subsidiary of ICI, rejected plans to build a new plant at Grimshaw Street, Darwen, but instead started discussions with Blackburn Council about building three new plants off Goose House Lane.
