TONY Blair has broken his promise to cut down hospital waiting lists.
This Government has conned the public - waiting lists have lengthened and recently we have seen a bed and cash crisis at the world-famous Christie Hospital, with vulnerable men, women and children needing life saving chemotherapy and radio-therapy being sent home without treatment.
Now we have reports that nearly 5,000 hip replacement operations are faulty and need re-doing. Our NHS is in danger of sinking without trace.
Lottery money should be immediately and regularly pumped into the hospitals and not frittered away on art galleries and the like.
