A DREAM plan for a winter sports centre to be built in Hyndburn was revealed by council planners.
An exhibition showing three-year demolition plan for Huncoat power station included the adventurous plan, which proposed an ice rink, ski slope, hotels and restaurants for the site. But planners said the project would rely on private funding being made available.
