Anselmians 17 Ruskin Park 20 RUSKIN gained their third successive away win thanks to a fine all-round effort.
The large crowd was treated to some good running rugby.
And the first try came from a break from the lineout by Gary Pennington and Billy Parr was on hand to take the final pass.
But Anselmians equalised from the re-start, when their forwards gained possession and from a ,aul near the line, drove Williams over.
With the slope in their favour in the second period, Ruskin concentrated on keeping their opponents in their own half.
They managed to do this, for the most part, thanks to some strong forward play in which Dave Honey was outstanding and some accurate kicking to touch by Wood and Orford.
It came as no surprise when Ruskin took the lead again when Sammy Hull burst onto a short pass at pace for a superb try.
Minutes later fly-half Pilkington went over from a scrum and for good measure he added the conversion.
He added to Ruskin's lead with a penalty from halfway.
But Anselmians came back strongly and were rewarded with tries by earn and McCullough, one converted.
