ST HELENS Council has successfully prosecuted a local licensee, who despite a written warning, continued to provide entertainment after his Public Entertainment Licence had expired.
At St Helens Magistrates Court the licensee pleaded guilty to two offences and was fined a total of £1,000 and ordered to pay £130 costs.
