HUNDREDS of movie-goers will rub shoulders with celebrities and VIPs at a special night of Hollywood-style glamour in Bury next week.
And this week stars of the nation's favourite soap, Coronation Street gave their support to the charity which will benefit from a charity gala premier film show.
The Warner Village cinema at Pilsworth will be the venue for the premier of The Man Who Knew Too Little, a new spy spoof starring Bill Murray and Manchester actress Joanne Whalley Kilmer, on Wednesday.
And the money raised on the night will go to help the Joe Jaffe Renal Unit at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital in Pendlebury.
Calvin Whitehead, general manager at Warner Village, said: "We are delighted to be supporting the charity."
The unit has been at the forefront of treating young kidney patients since it opened 11 years ago and leads the way in the region for kidney transplants.
Throughout the week, from Tuesday to Friday, Gore and De Koning's famous fun fair will be on the Pilsworth site. The fair have also sposnored a grand fireworks display on the night.
The gala charity premier takes place at Pilsworth on Wednesday, May 6 at 7.30pm. Tickets, priced at £10, are available from the appeals office on (0161) 681 7100.
