PHILIP Longworth is the new chief executive of Age Concern St Helens.
The 37-year-old, who lives in St Helens, aims to raise Age Concern's profile within the community and is particularly keen to work with other agencies to provide the services required to meet the needs of older people.
Philip, who is partially sighted, formerly worked as regional employment manager with the Royal National Institute for The Blind, and rehabilitation services manager at a Liverpool centre.
